General Information

Each homeowner is responsible for all repairs, such as leaking roofs and replacing rotted woodwork.

The Homeowners Association is responsible for painting your doors and windows as needed, and replacing your roof every 12 to 15 years if the funds are available and if the work is necessary.

All changes to the outside of your townhouse must be submitted in writing to the Board. Please contact the Architectural Chairman for the proper form.

Please do not place trash in front of your home until the night before the scheduled pick up.

Please do not park on the grass, or allow your guests to park on the grass. Your guests are your responsibility.

The parking of boats, campers and trailers for more than a total of forty-eight hours during any seven day period is prohibited. The parking of commercial trucks as defined by the North Carolina Department of Transportation (gross weight in excess of 10,000 pounds) and cargo trucks is prohibited.

Please give ample room for others to safely back out of their parking spaces.

Digital Satellite Dishes

Digital Satellite Dishes less than a meter in diameter will be allowed at Pine Ridge. A dish may be installed on the trim of the owner’s townhome. They are not allowed on the roofs or siding. The Board recommends that they be installed on the chimney’s trim or somewhere on the trim out of view as much as possible. Please contact the Architectural Chairman for placement of the dish. You cannot install them on your neighbor’s townhome. Trees cannot be trimmed or removed in order to give a satellite dish clear reception to the southeast sky at a 45 degree angle. Therefore, not everyone will be able to use a satellite dish.
