Please remember our board members are not paid for their valuable time. They serve us free to benefit our subdivision.

Home Owners Meetings

Monthly Meetings

Our monthly meetings are held on the third Monday of each month, beginning at 7 pm. Notices are posted on the mailboxes to remind you of the scheduled meetings and where they will be. We encourage you to attend these meetings to keep you aware of the financial status of the Board, as well as keeping you informed of progress being made in our subdivision.

Yearly Meetings

Our annual meeting is held in May where 3 new Board members are elected. Details on the next yearly meeting will be posted on this website.

Street Paving

Street paving has been completed at a cost of nearly $147,000 and we feel the company did a great job.  As you all know, we have never had an assessment in the history of our subdivision, so it is very important for dues to be kept up to date.  We do not like filing liens, or in the worst cases, foreclosing on residents, but dues are necessary to pay for improvements such as paving, roofs and siding.  It is simply mandatory for dues to be paid on time.

Community Watch

We now have our Community Watch Program started and hope each and every one of you will take an active part in this very important Program. We have had some problems with homes and cars being broken into, so everyone needs to be on the lookout for each other. If you are willing to be a block captain, please contact Lawson Bridges Pelletier at 873-0697. For more information, click here.
